As the business expanded, I quickly transitioned into a managerial role, where I oversaw and developed warehousing operations in the region. This experience equipped me with invaluable skills in management, inventory control, receipt and dispatch, and customer service.In my current capacity, I oversee Logistics and Operations for the CARS group, guiding and mentoring staff in alignment with our company values and objectives.Beyond my role in the UK, I've had the privilege of working in various international offices across multiple regions. In these diverse environments, I've managed a wide array of tasks, from orchestrating large-scale events to meeting highly specialised project requirements. Whether loading containers on the ground, driving HGV vehicle transporters, or coordinating time critical end to end projects involving the chartering of vessels and aircraft, I am deeply passionate about every aspect of CARS' business and the Automotive Logistics Industry.Each day in my role presents fresh challenges and opportunities. I've been fortunate that my work has taken me on extensive travels, allowing me to foster collaborations with exceptional individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.I take immense pride in the high level of service we deliver and in meeting our clients' needs.
