Identified a niche in the children’s market in 2012 and created the first children’s sport brand (Junior Ballers previously known as ‘Schmaze’), which I have self-funded and developed from concept to market. . Ideation started with scribbles on a page, market insight, sourced and developed product prototypes, sourced manufacturer in China, negotiated UK distribution deal, launched the “My First” range of sport themed soft toys at Toyfair 2016, sold 9,000 units through major retailers such as Argos, Amazon, Moonpig in 2017.

Highlight - Brazil World Cup 2014 - US$750,000, a year of planning, based in Rio for the six-week project, 32 international staff members, local staff and freelancers, strategically placed to deliver coverage from 12 locations. Created and maintained all project documentation including plans, risk management, communication strategy, live daily financial forecasting, highlight and checkpoint reports. Post-project benefit review revealed project delivered high business value on budget; more exclusives than competition, contract renewals, new customers for ‘Live’ service, low price per story and strong coverage on digital platforms.
