About Jonathan Russo

I am the former global co-leader of Pillsbury's Mergers & Acquisitions Group and a member of the firm's Capital Markets practice. I have been recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. as a "Leading Lawyer". I represent clients in corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings and securities offerings.
