Lead indirect procurement professionals to support legal entities,including Civil works, Equipment, Spare parts, PPE, Facility service in China, and consolidation of IT infrastructure and software development in APAC region.Design and Drive organization transformation from operation to strategic sourcing, establish new team structure with people training and development plan;Roll out Process upgrade program in China including but not limit on business process realignment, policy & process implementation,implementation and drive savings initiatives to support business growth plan in China;Define indirect category roadmap in ST/MT/LT, to ensure sustainable savings (2% YoY) & roll-out supplier management program in APAC;Coach team members to establish sourcing strategy , category roadmap with sustainable savings plan and supplier management program at country level;

Re-engineer procurement process from sourcing to contract, from procure to pay including but not limit on PR/PO workflow optimization;Participate into global E-Procurement project design, lead project implementation in China;Work with controlling team to streamline procurement process & procedure. Lead team to prepare savings target (Opex & Capex), action plan, and track savings progress with controlling team every month;Coach buyers on sourcing strategy and daily purchasing tasks. Monitor performance, report savings progress and key sourcing initiatives to management;

Manage Capex & MRO sourcing and purchasing for operation and productionLead improvement and finalize the design, post-production cost and quality control of production line etc.;Responsible for purchasing relevant equipment and engineering projects, coordinate with purchasing process, production, R&D, technical support, WCM, EHS and finance department to establish good communication, set up supplier selection strategy, supplier assessment and price negotiation.;Follow procurement progress to ensure timely delivery of equipment
