I have been in the Senior Management Team of Outbrain, a Public Native advertising company, for the past 5 years to build from scratch and lead globally their Video Department.During this journey that saw us exceeding $100M video revenues yearly, I owned the video activity P&L and had the opportunity to recruit, manage and oversee a team of video experts from ad operations, programmatic partnerships, sales, business development, marketing, product and R&D. I traveled around the world in Outbrain offices to train our local business teams about our video advertising product offering and manage Business Development/ strategic partnerships (C-level) with our SSP, DSP, publishers, advertisers and tech partners. During the past 2 years, I built the mid-long term strategy to grow our video activity to the next level, leading us to acquire a contextual video advertising company, Video Intelligence (vi.ai).Prior to my 12 years in digital advertising, I developed my analytical skills by graduating with an MSC in mathematics applied to Finance in the Paris Dauphine University (Top 3 University in France).
