During my time with Delicious Heights I grew within the company and excelled in a variety of rolls.I managed the takeout and catering department. I worked directly under the executive chef to manage the kitchen staff. I spent most of my time with the company as a lead Front of House manager, with the entire front of house staff working under me. I worked directly under ownership to help open and develop multiple new restaurant and private event locations.
