CurrentAssigned to the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program for refugee resettlement and integration support for ongoing and collaborative efforts by federal, state, and local governments, NGOs, non-profits, resettlement agencies, and community organizations. In doing, ensured that clients where eligible for the RCA program by following The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) guidelines. Provided RCA program enrollment and orientation to qualifying clients. Consistently reviewed and maintained accurate and up-to-date client files, including intake, assessments, filing and other required paperwork such as but not limited to log communication (phone calls, conversations, or emails) with client. Presented reports on activities and special client concerns to the Director/Program Manager/Coordinator and other staff during required staff meetings or as needed. Performed daily data entry through internal Excel spreadsheets, ClientTrack database for the purpose of tracking record of enrollments, services provided, RCA payment dispersals and assured that entries into ClientTrack data base reflected time bound agreements according to Cash and Medical Assistance (CMA) grant.
