• Establish approach, standards, and repeatable processes to support project managers, product owners, and business platform operators in building and executing business user acceptance testing plans and use cases across a diverse set of projects • Oversight of business user acceptance testing activities to ensure plans and use cases test from multiple perspectives and understand the various needs of different stakeholders • For those projects which include technology platform delivery, partner with technology quality assurance leads and project managers to build integrated testing plans across all workstreams: functional, system integration, performance, security, and business user acceptance testing; identify and accommodate for dependencies, sequencing considerations, and potential risks • Train product owners and business platform operators in writing user story acceptance criteria and testing use cases that reflect project requirements to demonstrate a deliverable meets quality standards and is ready for field and customer use • Train product owners and business platform operators in best practices for logging defects to support efficient troubleshooting and triaging of issues to drive root cause identification and resolution • Establish frameworks and reporting templates to manage, monitor, and support prioritization of defects • For projects that require external partner support for business user acceptance testing, ensure approach, standards, and processes meet NYL’s requirements • Partner with project managers to ensure resource allocation to execute against business acceptance testing plans
