Played a key role in the design and transition to the new Gas Safe Register service for the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). Initially he delivered an operational role to design and implement a CRM, field delivery scheduling and mobile data collection systems to the field inspectorate. Developed and implemented an effective risk analysis and monitoring framework that prioritised effective use of the operational field resource to identify and reduce unsafe gas work within the UK. Jonathan continued to provide a number of further developments to the scheme for the HSE, which included the introduction of a new internal staff learning management system and online learning to consumers and Gas Safe registered businesses through their respective websites.
