My expected duties were to provide equal and awesome member experience to all Sams club members. Assist members with a variety of tasks, from answering and walking members through the use of the Sam's Club app, assisting members with questions about our electronic products, and the maintenance and setup of various electronic products on display.

Ambassadors at the Richmond Amazon fulfillment center had a number of responsibilities, among them were managing the line assigned to them, making sure package flow and quality were maintained, and having acceptable communication between themselves and management. Asking for assistance and giving out assistance when needed to other Ambassadors and the people they supervised. Giving out clear and concise instructions to the people they supervise, while also troubleshooting any issues when they arise, talking with the managers, listening to what was expected of them on a daily basis, and being able to escalate problems when deemed necessary. Ambassadors also needed to be able to make quick and sure decisions while also keeping a concise account of events at the facility.
