About Jonathan Saunders

As a lead programmer I thrive in challenging fast paced environments which require excellent problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and teamwork. Having built multiple tech teams from the ground up I have a solid understanding of what it takes to form and run an effective team of engineers from pre-production through to release. My experience in guiding teams to develop and research solutions for consoles, virtual reality, serious games, mobile games and backend tools/supporting services has given me a wide array of problem solving, project management and technical expertise.I have significant experience managing concurrent projects, creating novel technical solutions and utilising cutting edge technologies, to deliver solutions for stakeholders including Police Forces, United Nations organizations and the European Commission.
