a) Responsible overall for SMT& Mechanical Assembly operations including directs the development and implementation of activities in Production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. b) Prioritizes on the production schedules mainly on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. c) Build, manage and maintain a lean and efficient organizational structure to meet business needs and operational objectives.d) Guide & lead together with engineering team to maximize the front end automation output and quality.e) Plans and administers procedures and budgets. f) Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. g) Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. h) Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

a) Spear-heading the task force of SMT&Mechanical Assembly Aging. i) Succeeded in Reducing 90% of hardcore Aging WIP. ii) Conduct daily Frontend Aging meeting with related stakeholders to improve & close all the Aging WO's.b) Develop plans and conduct various departmental meetings and engage in various growth-based campaigns. c) Analyze and ensure better result to fulfill all business requirements. d) Prepare reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirement.e) Analyze & work on the opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.f) Help Test area operations to support/boost the shift performance & contributed in the major improvement on test performance where broke the record at Test area on Q4 2019, by first time hitting 70K/shift. This is a new milestone set at Test Area.g) Scrutinize & work closely with Engineering team weekly to bring down & maintain weekly scrap cost below the entitlement.

a) Follow up and accomplish target/planning shipment every week where 100% meeting weekly production plan.b) 100% meeting quality requirement where zero manufacturing caused quality issue and zero CQI is achieved.c) Non- Nett Inventory < 3 days aging where ensure 100% accuracy of the inventory in RJVT, PRJV & FAJV.d) Work closely and together as a team with Engineering, Maintenance, Test, Facility, Warehouse and FG team to run the manufacturing line smoothly without any issues/problems.e) Explore on the department's operating process and help to increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.f) Continue to provide efficient backup to supply the department and ensure achievement of target for all internal and external needs. g) Provide training to sub-coordinates and provide upgrade to various technical skills by working closely with Training team.h) Study and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps carry out to prevent loss. i) Orchestrate all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring. j) Prepare and maintain employee attendance records and provide feedbacks & counselling to sub-coordinates to guide them for better result.

a) Trained up and supervise operators to identify on various defects, such as customer complaint.b) Control well in operator disciplines, attendance and absenteeism.c) Maintain the machine housekeeping and labeling.d) Review the whole EOL housekeeping a day before ISO 14001 audit, customer audit, TS audit, TPM audit and 5’S audit.e) Cross trained operators.f) Perform audit and sport check on old and new operators.g) Arranged operators to go for re-certification.h) Attend training so that able to upgrade own knowledge of supervisory skills and troubleshoot skills.
