- Fulfilling physical modeling validation requests (Model Creation, Model Maintenance, Guidelines, Performance Doubts, and Troubleshooting) using PowerDesigner;- Meetings with developers to explain physical modeling best practices;- Creation of Technical Documentation (Internal Processes, Glue Data Catalog, Access Map, among others) to support the developers

- Support to IT requests and Database incidents (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB); - Database administration and configuration (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres);- Installation and Configuration of GoldenGate Microservices 21c, for replication between Oracle databases; - Experience with Oracle Linux, CentOS, and Windows Server

- Support, Monitoring, and initial Troubleshooting in Oracle database incidents; - Support, monitoring, and initial troubleshooting in Oracle GoldenGate replication issues (Unidirectional, Bidirectional, Heterogeneous, and Big Data). - Adjustments and validations in automated installations, using Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform and Ansible);- Creation of monitoring dashboards (Grafana) and monthly reports to customers; - Presentation of reports to customers with the main activities developed and actions taken in the environments;- Creation of documentation and standardization of routine activities.
