With extensive experience in conducting research in diverse settings, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in implementing effective interventions in real-world contexts. My expertise lies in working closely with communities, stakeholders, and policymakers to develop and evaluate strategies for implementing and scaling up evidence-based interventions. I am committed to using rigorous research methods to identify factors that facilitate or hinder successful implementation and to develop innovative solutions that can overcome barriers to scaling. In addition to my research work, I am also actively engaged in disseminating findings to diverse audiences, including academics, policymakers, practitioners, and community members. We do this through PubTrawlr, our AI-driven application. FacultyInstitute For Healthcare Improvement Jan 2015 - PresentBoston, Massachusetts, UsCurrently, we are working on implementing a public health approach to HAI. I provided QI support on the ECHO project funding by AHRQ. We helped to build up COVID-prevention capacity in nursing homes. Previously, I helped to craft rapid-cycle evaluation and learning systems for the third wave of 100 Million Healthier Lives funding. I lead the readiness evaluation of the second wave of the SCALE initiative. This includes setting up an evaluation infrastructure so community health initiatives can build their readiness, implement improvement projects, and spread their work to neighborhood communities. We are also developing a set of tools to help health systems improve their engagement in population health initiatives. I also contribute to the overall formative evaluation design.I helped design and implement the formative evaluation of the SCALE initiative, which examined how communities can build their readiness for health improvement initiatives, implement with quality, and spread their findings to others.I also helped to disseminate ideas around organizational readiness to other project's within IHI's portfolio (such as the Triple Aim communities)And had lots of fun doing it. -
