I perform Reliability Test Engineering and I also manage the Calibration Lab where I oversee both Mechanical and Electrical calibration of three manufacturing facilities and two military test labs. I work with and supervise thirty test technicians in the reliability test lab to accomplish daily task and ensure testing is being conducted according to military and customer specifications. I develop detailed procedures and policies that are in line with company policies and meet military establish reliability requirements to ensure error free and efficient testing. I routinely take a failure to component level and implementing the necessary corrective actions, including revising policies and procedures to ensure failure mode does not return.I solve problems and I love analyzing failures and driving the corrective action.

Performed failure analysis on robotics, tape drives, Fiber networks, to component level and helped drive necessary corrective action to ensure failure does not return.
