-Act as the primary technical liaison between Okonite’s salesforce and the customer. -Provide numerous calculations (i.e. maximum pulling tension, ampacity, impedance, resistance, fault currents etc.) per customer request or in-house research projects. -Simulate customer cable installations to provide feedback that cables meet industry standards and minimize risk of failure. -Provide in-depth technical presentations to customers detailing each part of a cable & their uses, as well as proper handling and installation to avoid electric failure. -Design various components such as shielding to meet customer system requirements, as well designs and materials offered fall within acceptable risk tolerances. -Provide certificates of conformance ensuring that our products pass industry standards such as IEEE 1202 vertical flame test upon customer request. -Appointed as Okonite’s technical liaison to AREMA as a member technical subcommittee C38.-Managed numerous ongoing projects whether it be customer job specific or inhouse research assignments. -Other duties as assigned.

High Voltage & Cable development laboratory. -Planned, conducted, and reported on cable engineering projects as determined by the lab director.-Ran diagnostic testing in compliance of industry standards and procedures. -Maintained laboratory safety and enforce safety procedures and requirements with subordinate personnel.-Defined and analyzed problems and solutions that arose within the lab environment.-Assured that subordinate personnel are properly trained and instructed in laboratory techniques and discipline.

-Analyze and provide metrics and a large amount of customer data to help the company with a transition between IT carriers.-The purpose of the metrics was to find redundancy and problems that could be fixed from end user systems so that the company can be more efficient when it sets up its new client-Had to work closely with the IT department, marketing as well as human resources to get this job done
