Scope included: Coordination and Communication of a build team and vendors, specification of vehicles , Outfitting from concept thru delivery.New $3.5 Million Dollar Ambulance Headquarters. Scope included Input on Design, Coordination of Vendors, Logistics of moving Operations, Procurement of furniture and goods for buildout.
