With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am passionate about helping families maximize their quality of life. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, I support a team of case managers and behavior technicians who provide high-quality, evidence-based, and individualized interventions to our clients.My core competencies include data collection and analysis, assessment and program design, staff training and supervision, and family and professional collaboration. I leverage these skills to create and implement effective and ethical behavior plans, monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes, and ensure compliance with best practices and ethical standards. I also continuously seek to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing education and research to share best practices with others in the field.
