For the third of four rotations in the Future Leaders Program - a development rotational program - I moved to Raleigh, NC to work within GSK's Production Procurement department on the Secondary Packaging Procurement Team. Within this rotation, I have created global strategy documents, found order optimization cost reductions, and generated contractual documents for the Americas

Within the first year of working within the Future Leaders Program - a rotational development program - I gained exposure to numerous business areas, individuals, and procurement processes within GSK. During the first 6 months of the program, I worked on the North America Procurement team to drive global initiatives at the local level. For the next 6 months of the rotation in Philadelphia, I worked on the Global HR Service Procurement team to implement global category strategies and cost reduction initiatives.

This position entailed helping the development and launch of a digital non-profit startup in Rome, Italy. During my summer semester abroad, I worked directly with the president of the company to develop a business plan, advertising material, a social media presence, and a promotional banquet.
