The business plan targets double digit growth while maintaining top quartile financial performance built on a solid foundation of innovation and flawless execution.• Responsibilities include: development of strategic initiatives, executive level business communication and preparation, customer/supplier negotiations, technical expertise, and management of tactical activities on a day to day basis.

• Successfully acquired approximately $10M of development contracts to further develop and commercialize the advanced fuel cell designs, targeting specific applications. • Developed relationships with key organizations to broaden potential applications and further develop the fuel cell technology. • Other key responsibilities included technical and business expertise, budget management, and corporate communications.

• Manager of program and lead design engineer for stationary power plant project associated with a SECA Department of Energy contract. Responsible for internal and external communication, overall design, and performance of the program.• Responsible for advanced development of cell and stack components for the solid oxide fuel cell system; stationary power and auxiliary power. • Design enhancements for high temperature mechanical, chemical, electrical, and hermetic sealing components utilized in the fuel cell system. • Program manager for several other different applications with specific technical objectives utilizing the unique characteristics of the solid oxide fuel cell. • Managed computational fluid dynamics team, which was responsible for the analytic support of component and system level hardware design.
