Lead on vision/mission, strategy, budget, event shaping and goal measurement for employee resource group of more than 3,000 members globally in the LGBTQ+Allies populations. Chair executive team of 10 with HR, public policy, communications, external partnership and more areas of expertise. Collaborate closely with executive committee and sponsor, and with Global Diversity & Inclusion Office. Identify trends and best practices to optimize employee experience/activation opportunities and influence company decisions. Establish the annual Lilly Pride Summit (as of 2017) and global LGBTQ ally program (in 2018). Prioritize those initiatives and and "reverse" mentoring for senior leaders, laddering up to corporate inclusion, equity and business objectives. Collaborate with other ERGs, including the U.S. Field and International branches of Pride, for truly intersectional and global reach.
