Here I worked as a Senior Business Analyst on the building of a new Clearing House in preparation for the transfer of clearing of the LME business from LCH Ltd to LME Clear.This work covered the requirement gathering and documentation phases of the project,along with the initial build. This has meant working closely with the system provider and the testing of releases, using business scenario’s to ensure the build is delivered to the correct standard.

Project managed a number of work streams for the Clearer migration of over forty markets to RBS Plc FuturesUsed my extensive knowledge of Exchange Traded Listed Futures and Options to interact with all areas of the Front to Back work flow to ensure the smooth transition of clearing arrangements.Introduced and implemented a new reconciliation system to improve work practices and reduce risk. I co-ordinated the operations side of the transfer of ABN N.V.’s Facility Managed business to a new provider for a number of restricted ETFO market arrangements, Korea, Taiwan, India and Brazil.Planned and executed the delivery of these projects, by creating test scripts, run books, running informative workshops, producing analysis of practices and project documents such as BRD’s, RAID and status logs.
