I am responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining a good reputation. I am responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

- To lead: front of house, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance and green keeping teams.- To ensure a high standard of service is provided to guests.- Responsibility for guest issues/enquires- Management of business to produce gross profit reports and stock reports.

- To work behind the bar serving drinks and food- To interact with the general public and provide a good level of service- Over the five years I worked as a full-time/part-time member of staff dependent on my educational situation.
