Responsible for maintaining budgeted cost control throughout the hotel. To accomplish this, maximum participation in the Avendra purchasing program is required. Ensure all departments have the necessary supplies on hand to meet their needs. Order, receive, and maintain supplies in accordance with food and beverage standards. Track purchases to project cost of sales. Participate in food and beverage inventories. Responsible for all receiving and shipping.

Oversee the total operation of the beverage department which includes Easton Sports Club, Lobby Lounge, Dining Room, Room Service, and Banquets. Coordinates and administers sales of beverages in restaurants, lounges, and banquets. Maintain all ABC control in accordance to state and federal laws and regulations. Review daily revenues and training of staff to ensure compliance set by service standards.

Prepare and execute all banquet functions and meetings. Receive information and schedule team accordingly. Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching all banquet team members. Supervise all major functions. Responsible for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all banquet rooms and equipment. Ensure guest satisfaction to current acceptable levels.
