Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a long term care facility providing health related services to long term care, adult day care, dialysis, ventilator dependent and short term rehabilitation patients. The pharmacy department provides medications and medication regimen review services to all affiliated services such as the long-term-care division, employees, adult day programs and to our dialysis patients.The pharmacy department was the first LTCF in the NYC area to introduce the co-mingling of medications according to the time of administration, also known as compliance packaging based on a 7-day supply of medications. As service to our patients, we also provide medications to discharge residents utilizing the same compliance packaging in an effort to enhance medication compliance and adherence. Finally, all pharmacists are "certified immunizers" and assist nursing in the administration of flu vaccine.
