•Directly communicate with buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and developer clients to identify needs and constraints for the sale, purchase, or project in Real Property. •Assess in-person, and conduct market research on for-sale properties to prepare and execute a marketing plan that best suits the various features of a given property, and takes into consideration current market conditions, supported price, various constraints, and other factors.•Work directly with buyers and tenants to identify needs, to include price, location, features, and timeframe. Use online resources, and conduct in-person tours to assist clients in determining which properties best meet identified, criteria. •Prepare and manage execution of contracts for the Sale, Purchase, and Lease of Real property, identifying key dates, and requirements, coordinating trades work, interfacing with lenders, title companies, and ensuring performance to the contract through completion.•Management of rental properties, to include hands-on maintenance tasks, and coordination of trades work, to preserve and improve property condition, mediation of landlord-tenant relationship, and ensuring contract performance by both parties.

• Concurrently manage 40-50 staff augmentation projects, breadth of CA Technologies offerings, government and commercial clients, various stages of delivery• Interface with clients to define engagement requirements. Identify and schedule internal and partner resources accordingly• Lead project kickoff, status, and closure activities, and manage surrounding internal and external documentation• Perform weekly project revenue, forecasting, and status reporting• Review, approve, and track project time and expenses• Review and approval of project invoicing• Manage project delivery to ensure successful completion is on time and cost is within budget

Project: Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Health Information Management Systems (DHIMS) Deployed Tele-Radiology Systems (DTRS) and Theater Image Repository (TIR) For the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of Theater deployed platforms facilitating electronic acquisition, viewing, communication/transmission, publishing, and storage of medical data captured by medical modalities and devices, deployed in Afghanistan, Kuwait, UAE, and surrounding locations; as well as the stand-up of a Theater Image Repository (TIR) located in Landstuhl, Germany.• Manage client, partner, and stakeholder relationships• Assign tasks and delegate project responsibilities• Manage official overseas personnel deployment via government SPOT system and related procedures • Coordinate internal, partner, and onsite client-facing meetings• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations for project status, milestones, and compliance.• Conduct cost and revenue forecasting, and manage project budget• Manage the creation, modification, and submission of deliverables• Monitor project performance and track project requirements to fulfillment
