Over the past seven years I have worked for Shanley Construction Inc., my responsibilities have included almost the full breadth of the design and construction process. I was initially hired as a manual labourer which helped me gain a detailed understanding of the construction process and its unique caveats. After years of working as a labourer, I was inspired by the construction drawings I would attempt to decipher to pursue a degree in architectural design. During my studies, I was able to assist with and be educated by any construction drawings I could get my hands on from Shanley Construction Inc. As I educated myself in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Rhino, Revit, and ArchiCAD I was able to begin my experience as a draftsman and designer on a number of projects. As a result, I am a skilled model maker with a keen attention to detail, a capable rendering technician across multiple software platforms, and I am a semi-professional Architectural Photographer after having built off of my grade school passion in my years after graduating

The role involved working alongside a variety of industries within the film industry (such as the Photography Department, Graphic Design Dpt., Props and Set Design, Archival Management, the Health Centre et. al). Futhermore, I was tasked with:- Organising employee non-profit events, including mentoring days and special screenings of new movies with local youth organisations and construction builds with Habitat for Humanity. - Wordpress and PHP language skills alongside editing photos and videos to be turned into web content. - Camera and Sound operation for media content to be used within the company as well as for the public.
