I am a litigation partner at Pryor Cashman and co-chair of the Investment Management Group, which I helped establish in 2008. I also sit on the firm’s Executive Committee.Since forming the Group, I have dedicated my practice to servicing investment managers of leading global hedge funds and private equity firms, including Fortress Investment Group, Och Ziff Capital, Sound Point Capital and Highbridge Capital, on a wide range of securities and commercial litigation matters. My clients look to me to provide keen strategic advice that will advance both their legal and business objectives. As one of the very few litigators in the country who specializes in representing the investment management community, I have successfully defended my clients’ interests in precedent-setting federal and state trials, SEC enforcement actions and proceedings before FINRA, JAMS and the AAA.
