Represented the Verizon ERP program management office on Verizon’s multi-phase implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, leading the Order to Cash workstream. Worked with other Verizon IT departments, multiple systems implementation partners, and Verizon business stakeholders managing to project timelines, driving issue resolution, facilitating communication, and coordinating efforts between the various stakeholder teams.Selected Key Accomplishments:• Oversaw implementation of SAP’s cloud-based Hybris Billing solution.• Coordinated integration of 12+ legacy and external applications with the SAP solution. Led and managed project initiatives to ensure timely delivery of a holistic solution including the technical solution, associated controls, business processes, and training. Analyzed large scale data set working closely with AOL’s Master Data team to identify active customers and cleanse customer data, integrating with a 3rd party customer data supplier for batch and real time data validation. • Responsible for configuration and support of AOL’s SAP billing and revenue system, supporting over 50 global end users across 16 countries and 8 languages. Over $1.6 billion booked annually in 19 currencies.• Conducted workshops with experts from the business units to determine business needs and requirements.• Partnered with the business to design and implement change management plans in conjunction with changes to systems solutions.• Utilized both Agile and SDLC software implementation methodologies.
