Vista Development Ltd. is the developer of the Hyatt Andaz 180-key resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands that includes pure hotel rooms, 80 condominium residences, restaurants, a spa, and other related amenities. Mr. Siegel structured and modeled the project to attract equity investors and debt, negotiated and closed the purchase of the various parcels comprising the site, assembled the development team, secured Hyatt and the Andaz brand as the hotel operator with a significant key money contribution, and secured $90+ million of financing.

The Provo Fund LP was formed to pool the investment funds of its limited partners for the purpose of investing in real estate projects, with a particular focus on offshore real estate projects and related securities and vehicles. The initial investment made by the fund was the West Caicos development project; ultimately Jonathan Siegel was recruited to be active in the day-to-day management of the West Caicos project. Mr. Siegel founded the fund, and is responsible for all legal, accounting, reporting, administrative, regulatory, and investment activities of the fund.

Logwood Hotel Development Co. LTD, along with approximately twelve related entities for which Jonathan Siegel serves as the Managing Director and CFO, are the master developers of the West Caicos Reserve projects in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This island development project is a $1 Billion enterprise that includes Molasses Reef (the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve), Island Villas, The Ritz-Carlton Managed Condominium Residences, single-family estate homes, cottages, marina townhomes, a world-class marina facility, and all related infrastructure. Mr. Siegel has been intimately involved with the West Caicos project since 2002, invested early capital into the project, organized the project to attract institutional investors, negotiated approximately $200 million of equity and debt, and was responsible for all business, legal, financial, government, and partnership issues.

Sutton Trading Solutions was a publicly-traded holding company that owned a Direct Access Application Service Provider (ASP) that provided online trading solutions to individuals, broker/dealers, and financial firms worldwide, combining state-of-the-art technology, brokerage and clearing arrangements, and a Prague-based software development firm that developed GlobalDAT, Sutton’s proprietary direct access software platform capable of routing orders to multiple markets and ECNs via a single user-friendly interface. Mr. Siegel engineered and implemented the reverse-merger into a public company and negotiated, structured, and raised approximately $6 million of debt and equity, and was responsible for all corporate legal, accounting, administrative, broker/dealer, public filing and structural initiatives.

Global Capital Markets, Inc. was a full service brokerage firm. Mr. Siegel founded the firm, including all initial corporate structuring and capital raising, and was responsible for all corporate legal, accounting, administrative, regulatory, sales, trading, and structural initiatives, and ultimately negotiated and structured the sale of the company to a NASDAQ listed holding Company.

Grand Charter Group was a holding company with a full service broker/dealer subsidiary, Prime Charter, Ltd. Mr. Siegel co-founded the firm, was active in numerous supervisory capacities, served as a member of the board of directors, and was a member of the Executive Committee, the firm’s daily executive decision-making body.
