Mr. Jonathan Siegler is the Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Bluescape Energy Partners LLC, Parallel Resource Partners, LLC and Bluescape Resources Company LLC. Mr. Siegler is responsible for driving performance management, strategy, investment decision making, and transaction execution across portfolio investments. Mr. Siegler is also responsible for overseeing back-office processes and for financial reporting. Mr. Siegler serves on the Investment Committees, Valuation Committees, Compliance Committees and Risk Committees for all three investment vehicles. Mr. Siegler also serves on the boards of many of the portfolio companies.Siegler graduated with distinction with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1994. He graduated from Stanford in 1996 with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. Siegler, his wife, son and daughter reside in Dallas, Texas.
