About Jonathan Silva

5 years of AI experience, 10 years of machine learning and big data utilization, and 15 years of sales and marketing management expertise. I have used this unique background to employ new technologies both within the sales and marketing processes and for product development.     Operating a full service agency as an extention of a dealer group. I'm part marketing guru, part data scientist, part business development lead, and part product developer.At most groups, my job would be simple. Find the best products for our stores, maximize co-op, maintain vendor relationships, and try to stay on top of the newest social platforms, trends, and marketing strategy. I do all that, but I also am able to do much more at this very forward looking dealer group. We cannot provide every marketing service ourselves (time, staffing, and the relaities of Co op programs make that impractical), but we are developing tools in-house, many of which go beyond marketing, to help every aspect of the dealership. These programs save time, money, and ultimately help us run like one organization instead of a collection of different departments. A perfect example is our use of AI. We are currently leveraging Open AI (ChatGPT) and other API based programs to bring many processes that were outsourced due to time or cost, back in house. Leveraging AI for everything from highly custom email marketing to generating content for SEO and highly targeted ad copy ideas for behavioral marketing. AI has even generated great email copy and talk tracks for different departments, and provided some amazing templates and even help write and debug code.By generating more internally, we are getting large amounts of data that we would otherwise miss out on, and we can create customized campaigns at a level that would be nearly impossible with an outside vendor. Best of all, we are actually saving money while getting more unique visitors, generating more leads, and selling more cars. We are also building tools that will power the future of the industry today.The role allows me to flex all the different skills gained over the past 15 years. It is an amazing environment to test new ideas, processes, and technologies in the real world and get nearly immediate feedback/results.
