• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (MECM). Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems• Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problem• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers• Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process• Configure and manage Windows operating systems• Install/load operating system and application software• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

• Responsible for the coordination (permissions and acquisition) and management of all communication needs in support of J7 exercises and events. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Local and international network connectivity (LAN), EPIC site stand-up, updates, change management and maintenance, PASSPORT registration site creation and maintenance, J7 SharePoint site maintenance, and email capabilities (as needed), Master calendar creation and maintenance, Work group exercise participant; develop exercise IM/KM plan.• Provides assistance with events (local/deployed) account registration, troubleshooting, and in-process event concerns. Supports PASSPORT registration, password and user name issues, EPIC – access to sites, Tier 1 Exercise and daily support/trouble-shooting, Tier 0 Exercise and daily support for APAN Community, APAN Internal Network, Staff Network, PACOM J7 SharePoint site assistance support, and Service Desk Plus.• Establish and execute an internal cross-training program. End-user/hands-on, “over-the-shoulder” training. Conduct SharePoint training for J7. Enhance staff skill sets for personal development and growth. Create application documentation user-guides. Document and use lessons learned and conduct periodic training sessions (internal).

• Responsible for providing secure, reliable, and responsive telecommunications and computing services globally to support agency’s mission, and the missions of the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) at all times.• Acted as information distributor, customer representative, and operated, installed, managed, and maintained telecommunications facilities. Provided project management and systems integration for voice and data communication systems, supervised installation of these systems, and provided maintenance and support to customers after installation. • Served in a multitude of positions overseas as Telecommunication Specialist and Officer-in-Charge. Responsible for providing telecommunications support to U.S. government entities while assigned overseas. Managed resources for home component and acted as component’s representative at post. Provided highly specialized technical and operational guidance to junior officers under supervision and assessed performance and development for progression.
