As the commercial manager my role entails a combination of account management, system design, RFQ/Tender documentation, commissioning and documentation of professional audio systems, AV control and design, product knowledge, and training staff and contractors. This is a very busy position in a very vibrant and important company in Australia's pro-audio landscape. I am a passionate and dedicated contributor to Factory Sound's stellar reputation.

My role is both an account manager for commercial clients and also as department manager of sales for a growing audiovisual design and construct supplier. Essentially I communicate how our clients venues and businesses can be best facilitated using audiovisual technology. My role is to design and specify systems which exceed their expectations, and manage the sale and delivery of the projects. This role ecompasses a balance of technical and 'on-site' skills, system documentation, client training, staff and contractor management and a diverse range of sales and marketing skills required to win jobs and manage client accounts. Key industries we deal in are Hospitality, Corporate Function Spaces, Live Music/Performance Spaces, & Education .Being able to clearly and honestly compress new technology into terms clients can appreciate is without question my biggest strength. This covers a very wide range of equipment including concert audio systems through digital signage, large format video & projection displays, and automated AV control. My niche technical skills include Audio DSP programing and multi-zone audio control systems, and also hearing augementation and assisted hearing systems.
