Worked with planning engineers and construction workers to ensure over 10,000 Dia Inches of petrochemical piping and 5,000 tonnes of steel support beams were installed correctly and according to schedule.Liaised with Spoolgen engineers to cross-check over 12,000 meters of piping isometric drawings carrying over 12 different fluids.Completed PEC Ltd.’s company technical training course in the basic operation, repair, and maintenance of centrifugal pumps and compressors.

Reviewed over 500 confectionary products over 4 distribution facilities to see if thinner corrugate packaging could be used to reduce costs.Determined that over 85% of the studied products being shipped were packaged optimally with a potential saving of 5% from changing packaging strength.Evaluated Cape Pack logistics software to check if it could improve packaging efficiency, and to see if its results and calculation methods were compatible with company usage.

Analysed operating data from 18 reverse osmosis membrane trains at Sembcorp Gulf’s 136,500 cubic meter per day seawater desalination facility in the UAE to provide maintenance-based solutions that ensured clean water production and maximum membrane lifespan. I summarised my findings and recommendations in monthly technical reports for our client.
