Survey Research Manager
Current‣ Leads a segment of survey research projects through the full research cycle, from research/questionnaire design to reporting, with extensive experience in all phases of the process working for commercial, political, nonprofit, and advocacy clients, utilizing advanced designs such as concept testing, A/B testing, landscape surveys, message testing, creative/storyboard testing, segmentation, tracking surveys, RCTs, conjoint, MaxDiff, and more, ultimately producing speedy, high quality, and insightful findings that clients have leveraged to address a broad variety of business objectives‣ Owns the process of programming surveys in Alchemer, writing custom scripts, performing rigorous QA, and working with vendors to administer projects (including online, phone, SMS-to-web, and mixed mode methodologies), solving fielding issues, and streamlining processes for the team, ultimately producing a significant reduction in project turnaround time‣ Produces actionable insights for clients based on project results, leveraging AI and automation and frequently utilizing SQL, R, PowerPoint, and dashboard software to identify and deliver scientifically robust key findings and data visualizations in a variety of formats including PDF reports, memos, slide decks, emails, and live presentations to stakeholders‣ Assists cross-functional teams with the creation of new survey research products by contributing to productization and marketing efforts, ultimately expanding our product offering and increasing and diversifying revenue‣ Owns the process of paying vendors and billing clients for the Survey Research team. Utilizes automation, AI, and advanced Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Salesforce features to streamline invoice payment and client billing, reducing the number of man hours required to manage the processes and boosting cash flow
