  As a Branch Manager with Enterprise my job was to create a competitive & successful business though training motivating and pushing a customer centric & sales driven team. Marketing & account management was an important focus which due to the central location of the branch often meant dealing with some very high profile accounts. As a manager my role was often to arrange and attend meeting aimed at either setting up accounts or expanding the referral growth from existing account. Sales was a passion of mine and an area where my branch excelled this was driven by training and creating a highly competitive working environment. Behind the scene a lot of time was spend managing vehicle fleet & services/repairs, cost control, accounts receivable, risk assessment, researching claims, interviewing and review/report writing.
