SPPC Sentinel Property Preservation is a national provider of property management services specializing in relocations, foreclosures and powers of sale.

Built a "best in class" receivables organization through the re-engineering of the life cycle of a bad debt". Established a centre of excellence which became a pace setter of performance on delinquency and loss management amongst other banks within Canada. Shaped public policy on Debt Collection practices. Leadership responsibility for all Retail Bank Receivables (Loans, lines, student loans, mortgages, credit card and small business) Managed over $ 1 b in losses annually. Included both direct customer contact and indirect customer contact through third parties which included collection agencies, law firms, property management firms and repossession firms.

Recruited by Bell to lead a team of over 100 management personnel and 55 consultants to re-engineer their Billing, Billing Inquiry and Receivables area. Overall objective was to realize $ 500 million in cash flow. Created a virtual subsidiary within Bell to manage all these functions internally. Also assigned the role of leading the Receivables team which included Risk Management and Recovery.

Originally joined American Express leading their Pre-Outside Agency Unit. Over 12 years held various leadership roles of increased responsibility including Credit, New Accounts, Training, Authorizations, Fraud, Corporate Card and Risk.
