I empower high-performing teams to turn these solutions into reality, underpinned by an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.Most recently, I have thrived in leadership roles spanning from spearheading a high-performing Centre of Excellence team in the uplift of Project and Change Management frameworks, practices and tooling, to overseeing large-scale technology initiatives and executing projects through proficient Project & Change Management techniques.My working life began in the hospitality industry, working in hotels before transitioning to sales, service and retail roles on the Gold Coast. After moving to Brisbane, I joined Telstra in a frontline customer service role within their business contact centre. I quickly advanced to contact centre operations, which paved the way for my career to evolve into diverse, high-impact positions leading major technology transformation programs. These experiences allowed me to hone my management skills and become a unique and memorable leader and mentor. I now offer and bring a rare and unique blend of transferable skills, knowledge, experience, insights, and best practices to the table, which serve as a superpower in large and complex organisations.
