Over the past 34 years, Jonathan has assumed a variety of leadership roles including program and project manager, project office manager, technical and solution leader, transition manager, account executive, and HR manager. He applies business knowledge and experience in leading enterprise initiatives with cross-functional, global teams in support of Fortune 50 commercial clients as well as government clients. He led large scale software development projects, managed IT support teams, and drove organizational change. He assumed key roles in sales pursuits, built business cases and cost models, developed contracts, and managed multi-vendor transitions. Currently, Jonathan develops and deploys common processes and tools while also coaching and mentoring project teams.
