As a Business Development Consultant, I've worked with several business membership organizations, co-op societies & farmer groups, helping them become more successful.In November 2021, i was engaged by the USAID Catalyst Project COVID-19 Food Security Challenge, implemented by Resonance International in its Acceleration Workshop to train 32 pre-selected leaders of Agric-Based MSME’s. The project tutored the participants on the availability & accessibility of quality agricultural inputs while engaging the use of innovative technologies towards Strengthening their Operational & Management Systems to Foster Sustainable Growth.Between October 2020 and January 2023, i was engaged by the USAID sponsored Feed the Future Nigeria Agribusiness Investment Activity (Implemented by CNFA) to carry out the findings of the Organizational Performance Improvement Needs Assessment conducted on 40 Agro-Based MSME in Nigeria. The objective of the assignment was to partner with the organizations and implement a set of organization performance improvement interventions towards enhancing their performance standards. I supported them to develop their vision/mission statement, core values, business plan, strategic plan, marketing plan, human resources manual, appropriate bookkeeping etc.In September 2021, i was engaged by the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) to run a Pilot Training of Trainers in Entrepreneurship Skills Development for Teachers of Federal Unity Colleges in Nigeria. The objective is to prepare and equip them to start entrepreneurship clubs in all the Federal Unity Colleges in Nigeria. I was a member of the team of consultants that worked with the Bank of Industry in 2014 on empowering women cooperative societies processing shea-nut butter in 5 LGA’s of Niger State. This assignment also involves helping them put necessary structures in place to ensure the growth and sustainability of their businesses while enhancing their capacity to attract external funding.
