As an entrepreneur, Jonathan has extensive experience starting and managing businesses across various industries. After earning his Master of Management and Hospitality from Cornell University, Jonathan founded Honore Patisserie, a pastry business as well as a hospitality consulting business, SommerTime Hospitality Consulting, where he provided strategic counseling to hospitality start-up businesses. He entered the early childhood education sector when he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Beginnings School in Boston, overseeing all business operations of one of the premier early education centers in the world. As COO of Beginnings School, he doubled enrollment in the school, streamlined processes and overhauled the administrative side of the business. In 2020, he Co-Founded Housman Institute, where he currently serves as the Chief Operation Officer, managing all aspects of the business.
