I am passionate about Deep Tech or Frontier Technology Startups and their approach to solving the world's biggest problems. I am currently an MBA Candidate at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business with experience in Leadership, Process Improvement, Communication, and Stakeholder Management.- Leadership: Served as the Tournament Coordinator and Safety Officer of the Georgia Tech Men's Club Soccer Team as an undergrad. Managed and led a team of 30 delivery drivers as an Operations Manager Intern at FAS Lane Logistics. Coached poorly performing drivers to reach satisfactory performance.- Process Improvement: Analyzed company and driver metrics and developed process changes that improved key company metrics and driver performance at FAS Lane Logistics. Built a form to streamline updates to 15 ERCA Test Engineering Distribution Lists as a Mechanical Engineer on the ERCA Test Engineering Team. Created new databases to effectively track account balances, scheduled test events, and hardware status.- Communication: Developed copy for the Beanstalk Protocol, including tweets, protocol announcements, educational video scripts, and website copy.
