Power Business Services provides bulk document scanning, data capture and online workflow software solutions in the Australasian market.Starting from 2x computers attached to small home scanners on a dining room table to running multiple geographic sites servicing IPv4/IPv6 networks for computing, phone, CCTV and more, Jonathan planned and built the infrastructure for the company since its founding on a shoestring budget that had to operate at an enterprise level.Key achievements were:- To implement, upgrade and maintain high availability of primary and disaster recovery hosting for cloud applications supporting thousands of users (including from many large publicly listed and government clients)- Ensuring a highly reliable internal network with related services- Working with exceptionally low budget and finding the most cost effective solutionsFrom DDoS to voltage drops, to water pooling in servers to sudden requirements for 10 fold increase in IOPS this position was extremely varied and a source for a large number of technical skills and industry knowledge for Jonathan.
