As Maintenance Officer, responsible to the Commanding Officer for production output and administration of the Department per the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program & other applicable directives. Tasked to organize the department and initiate/manage all changes concerning personnel, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish all assigned mission tasks. Responsible for internal compliance with maintenance, safety, and security processes & procedures to ensure optimum performance is safely achieved, and accurate equipage records are maintained, and that all required reports and program audits are submitted. Concurrently, tasked with ensuring the full and effective employment of over 140 personnel assigned to the department; as well as the selection, training, development, and management of upper-level production managers & inspectors, and program monitors & administrators. Required to routinely analyze the capabilities of the department, ensure timely planning is conducted, and assess future requirements using reports on a continuous and progressive basis. Additionally, tasked with development of resource utilization plans that nest within squadron operations plans by leveraging cross-functional team input.

As a Reserve Integration Officer within the future operations directorate, responsible for management of Reserve Integration systems, processes, & tracking tools in order to ensure best support to the Reserve Integration enterprise. Responsible for Preparation of Reserve Integration quarterly Force Synchronization Conference (FSC) products to include briefs, Mobilization Trackers, & Mobilization forecasts in order to support conference discussion, decision-making, planning, and subsequent mobilization.Routine tasks include the maintenance of systems utilized for tracking current and upcoming unit deployment information, the draft/submission of mobilization packages for reserve units across the country, as well as coordination of Intermediate Location (ILOC) & Redeployment-ILOC (R-ILOC) requirements for mobilized reserve units in conjunction with numerous geographically disparate stakeholders.
