Manage over 45 employees ensuring that they are in the right place at the right time and doing what they are supposed to be doing. Completes the schedule weekly to ensure all shifts are covered. Inspects all work and ensures the facility is clean and stays sanitary in accordance with Air Force and State requirements. Works on the floor conducting personal relationships with the customers and ensures all patrons are satisfied with their experience at the facility.

Executive Chef in charge of two separate facilities that provide catered meals as well as bar and grill options daily. Cater to anything from weddings to conferences.
