Joe is experienced in cases involving corruption, assets held under misappropriation sanctions, non conviction based asset recovery and cash forfeiture. He is regularly speaks on the subject of international asset recovery and co-operation at international and national conferences. Joe is a contributing editor to "Consumer and Trading Standards: Law and Practice (Kirk & Lewin 2017)", where he edits the chapter on criminal enforcement including proceeds of crime and confiscation.
