I am one of four Directors at Fore Consulting, a dynamic, independent consultancy providing specialist services in transport planning, transport engineering, development, regeneration and project management. We work with a range of local and regional clients across the public and private sectors. We strive to achieve excellence in all that we do and above all to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Joined the Tees Valley Joint Strategy Unit as Senior Assistant Director (Strategy & Transport) with a brief to develop the key City Region transport proposals and help shape the Unit to meet the needs of its five parent Authorities for the coming years. Played a leading role in the change process that the Unit undertook, leading to the formation of Tees Valley Unlimited.

Helped to build up the public sector part of the business in relation to transport planning, and was in charge of a small team of around 16 people.

Joined Oscar Faber’s Leeds Office as it opened, as was responsible ultimately for around 10 members of staff engaged in traffic engineering, and acted as the Supervising Civil Engineer for the firm’s graduate training programme.

Joined JMP on graduation, progressed from a Graduate Engineer to a Principal Engineer with the organisation, and had a 12 month secondment to JMP Thailand, based in Bangkok.
