The insurance industry was never somewhere I thought I would end up. However after 10+ year working on the the corporate side as well as the local agent side, I seen the many facets insurance professionals deal with. I've seen first hand the hurtles insurance professionals, weather they're new or experienced, they both face the same challenges to creating successful businesses.For years commercial insurance has been the best best option for any agency to succeed, however for new agents its making that leap and a lot of learning along the way. And for the experienced agent, its finding new was to reach potential customers and not wasting good leads.My hope is that all agencies can succeed, however there are only so many of these opportunities to be had.
