Currently working as a security and fire system installation technician. Responsible for the testing, repair, installation, and servicing of burglar and fire alarm, card access, and CCTV systems. Burglar Alarm experience includes Panels, Keypads, Door Contacts, Motion Detectors, Glass Breaks, and Home Automation. Fire Alarm experience includes Panels, Annunciators, Horn Strobes, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Water Flow, Riser Tampers, and PIV. Card Access experience includes Panels, Power Supplies, Maglocks, Door Strikes, Readers, Credentials, Software, and Request to Exit Devices. CCTV experience includes DVR/NVR, Analog and IP Cameras, Power Supplies, and Analytics. This includes ensuring that each alarm system can properly communicate to the signal-receiving center, performing all services and installations in a safe and timely manner, and providing clear and professional customer education on all aspects of their security needs. Utilize company provided equipment and software programs to increase efficiency, operate and maintain a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner, and maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment.
